Internet/VPN Bandwidth Monitor.

I need a program to monitor the bandwidth on our leased internet and seprate
leased VPN line, can anyone recommend some good software?

That is what you pay the service providers for. They should give you
reports on them if you ask for them.

I don't know of anything that you could actually do it yourself.
