Internet Traffic Route

All, I have 2 NICS. One with IP 12.2.2.1 and a gateway of 12.2.1.1, the other
nic with IP 12.200.2.12 and gateway 12.200.1.1.

From the server, when i do a traceroute to microsoft.com, it hits the
12.200.1.1 gateway and dies, how do I get the traffic to go to 12.2.1.1 ??
