Internet traffic report

Came across this today and it looks quite useful

Does anyone know how reliable the data is? I route through
core2-pos13-3.ilford.ukcore.bt.net (62.6.196.222) which is showing 100%
packet loss. The other one at Milton Keynes looks pretty much OK. This may
explain why I'm having problems with slow downloads and lag on games.
