Internet Slow/Crashes

My internet goes down at least 1 time a week if not more.
I called my ISP and they checked the connection and they
said that everything to the modem looks great, must be
with the router. Also my internet sometimes starts going
really slow. When I reset the base station, and/or unplug
it, it doesn't help. Can someone help me?
