Internet sharing on Voyager 205

hi all

i wondered i anyone could tell me if they have Internet sharing enabled on
their home network from an ADSL voyager 205 adsl/route? any service provider
is ok i just need to know if anyone has for example PC 1 connected to the
modem and PC 2 connecting to the internet through a network via the PC 1
connected to the adsl modem

Yes you can do this, I do this with a Voyager 205 at home myself. The
important part is to make sure that PC 1 in your example has internet
connection sharing or another sort of NAT enabled, otherwise it won't work.

hi, i am plus.net as it happens, thing is in my example i have windows ICS
enabled on PC 1 and everything shows up on PC 2 that you'd expect, the
wireless lan icon flashing and the 'internet on PC 1' icon also flashes, i
can ping www.google.com from the cmd prompt but whatever i try i cannot
actually on the internet on PC 2 even though everything points towards it
working, it just seems as if something is blocking it yet i have all
firewalls (windows) turned off.

i have a wireless lan linking PC 1 and PC 2 in Ad-hoc (peer 2 peer) mode by
the way and connect the modem to PC 1 via ethernet.
