My Belkin wireless network between a desktop (host) and a laptop was
functioning perfectly prior to a holiday, now Internet access from the
laptop has ceased to operate.
All other functions of the network are OK, file access from desktop to
laptop and vice versa, and printing from the laptop also OK, but no ADSL
connection from the laptop. Both machines run WinXP HE and the desktop
has a Sygate firerwall. One odd thing is that under the options tag in
the firewall, there is the facility to adjust the setting for
networking, but on inserting the Belkin tag and clicking OK, the tag
reverts to Network Bridge or something else.
Has any subscriber some advice that I might follow to be able to
reconnect to the Internet
