Internet with peer to peer network

I have 3 computers in a peer to peer network. I am using
Windows 98 operating system in all of them. If I have
internet on one of them with DSL cable, how do I configure
so I can access internet from all 3 computers. Do I need
to 1) use 3rd party software like winproxy or 2) should I
buy a router or 3) should I get windows 2000 or XP. Any
help is appreciated
