If it worked at all,..even once to only one site,...then your NAT setup does
work. If it didn't then it would not have worked at all,..not even once.
There is a good chance that the machines are so hoplessly choked up with
Spyware/Adware that they don't resolve URLs to the proper IP# or that
traffic is "intercepted" a dozen times over by each piece of spyware on the
machine that keeps it from ever getting to where it is supposed to go.
You choice of an "alias" could even indicate that this is even more possible
than normal. Napster has often been refered to as the Virus & Spyware
Installation Tool.
