Internet connection Sharing wizard problems

I am networking 2 PC running Win98 using a crossover
cable, and trying to get them to share an ASDL internet
connection that goes into one of them.

The network works fine! I have got them to network and
they can find each other file sharing and every thing
works. The problem is that when I Run the internet
connection sharing wizard, and is says pick the network
adapter you use to connect to the internet, the USB ASDL
modem is not listed.

The modem is there and I can see it in the device manager,
but the wizard is not finding it.

Any Ideas how to fix this or get round it.

Thanks very much.

It's possible that the USB adsl modem isn't really listed as a modem, but
that you have to select "LAN" or local area network (this is the case with
most Cable modems).

Check your ISP / modem manual for details!
