internet connection sharing

Hi folks,

I hope some one can help me please.
My head is on the verge of imploding.
I'm having the devil of a time with the internet connection sharing on our
small network.
A bit of back ground:

2 Pc's and 2 Laptops, all running Win XP Home
They are all connected together through a 10Mbps hub.
They are all on the same workgroup.
One PC acts as a gateway with an ISDN dial up.
The gateway can dial up to internet no problem.
Having run the Network wizard on the other machines, they now display the
connection icon in the taskbar.
But, other than the gateway, nothing can connect to the internet.
From all terminals I can ping the gateway network adaptor and the PPP
adaptor but nothing beyond.
I know its got to be somethig stupid, but i can't see the wood for the
trees.
