Internet Connection Sharing

I am trying to share the cable modem from my dads computer
to mine. I have a Win 98se but his is only Win 98. He
doesnt have Internet Connection Sharing on his computer,
so I am having difficulty setting up the internet. I was
wondering if there is some place I can still get the Win
98se upgrade some where.
