I have win2003 server and five client machine. I connect through a modem on
the server to the internet and I use internet connection sharing to share the
internet to the clients. It works fine most of the time but it just drops
out on the client machines, I could access my network files but not the
internet. Sometimes I disconnect the the internet connection and reconnect
and it works sometimes I have to restart the server to be able to share the
connection. Its really frustrating as my business is a cyber cafe and it
happens when clients are downloading their mails. Any help will be
appreciated. Yusuf

If you are using Windows 2003 Server, I'd strongly suggest using RRAS and
NAT rather than ICS.

When the connection just drops out, is it still available from the server?
are the clients the affected?
