Internet Connection Sharing on Server 2003 R2

I am trying to setup Internet Connection Sharing in Server 2003, R2,
Standard, but the option does not appear in the Advanced tab of the network
connection's Properties page. Any ideas?

Use NAT instead

Have they finally removed it? Many of us have been trying to persuade
Microsoft that ICS was not appropriate for a server OS for years. The reply
has always been that customers want it, so it stays!
