Internet connection problem with RHL 9

I tried to start the PPP0 service in network configuration in control
panel but it failed to be started/activate or even fail to be deleted.
Error message is just PPP0 cannot be started. But eth0 is ok. ADSL and
network service started. Pls help me to connect to internet. Thanks
