internet connection problem with MS TV/video connection adapter

The installed 1394 card disabled internet connection in
windows ME. This problem was fixed by disabling 1394 net
adapter. The internet connection and camcorder both work
fine. However, after restarting computer, the computer
poste the message "found new hardware, then automatically
install AVC device". The internet connection lost
afterward. There is "MS TV/video connection" under network
adapters in device manager. Neither disable it nor remove
it work for the internet connection. any idea or how to
stop installing AVC device? Please help!
