Internet access through host computer

I can not connect from my SPARE through my host. What am
I missing on the conection set up. I have access from
the host to the spare. I can share files from the host
to the spare. I can browse on the host.

the host running XP home it shows enabled, shared,
firewalled. When I click on that icon it gives
me "general, Support" Under support it shows internet
protocol - address type: assigned by DHCP.

What IP - it should be 192.168.000.1
if not then you need to run the Networking wizard again
