Internal GPO installation order

So, the question of the day......
Inside a GPO is there a order in which the programs contained in the GPO are
installed, like a base load after you image a machine and go through the
process of installing Oracle 9i, office, misc company software ect ect. I
know there is a priority to which GPO's are installed but I cant figure out
how it decides the order inside a single GPO with multiple MSI's
