Intermittent Internet

Symptoms - IE, when opening, may contact the internet server for recovery of
home page. Sometimes, shows an unable to display message. Sometimes works
correctly without error.
hosts.sam indicates 127.0.0.0 as host. This is correct as I'm using
AdSubtract Pro, which changes ports intermittently using this IP.
When I notice that there's display problem of the home page (google.com) per
error message from IE, ZA Pro first shows that IE may be using IP 4.0.0.0 or
3.0.0.2 to access the internet home page. Otherwise, when working properly,
ZA Pro will indicate the IP its contacting is my ISP's IP. I think this is
related to a former LAN connection I had to contact the internet via a LAN
proxy server for the internet.
If when this error occurs, and I end IE via ctrl-alt-del, and reopen IE, it
may work properly and of course is using the proper IP at that time.
Sometimes, I have to do this more than twice before it will correct itself.
Sometimes, I have to reboot.
