Intermittent Internet connectivity

I have a client/server network using a Win2k server and 3 desktops.
I use a Linksys wireless 4-port router. Two of my desktops are running Win2k
and a new one is running WinXP Pro. Everything works fine except that one of
my win2k machines keeps losing connection to the Internet. I can still see
the rest of the network just fine. It's been going on for several months now
and occurs several times a day. The connection is lost for a few minutes,
then it comes back. The problem has persisted through a new NIC, new router,
new cabling, a system recovery, and a complete fdisk and reinstall of the
entire machine. The user rights seem to be set okay at the server level and
the user has admin rights at the local level. The fact that it is
intermittent has caused me to focus on hardware primarily, but I'm not
finding anything. I need some new eyes looking at it as I'm just not seeing
something. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Update the Firmware on the Linksys box.
