Windows XP (Professional) allows only ten simultaneous network connections.
If you have one Windows 98 computer connecting to one shared folder and one
shared printer, that's two connections out of the ten allowed. If your
Windows XP is the Home Edition the number is much lower, I believe five
maximum connections.
