circumstances.
Assuming that you are talking about SNR of 802.11b/g Wireless.
While there are sources (like other Wireless Networks, and 2.4GHz Cordless
devices) that can affect directly the quality of the Wireless. Power line
Noise in theory might, but it is unusual that it would.
