interesting discovery inside a linksys access point

i dismantled a 2yr old linksys wireless box that has been used as a bridge
for the last two years as we thought it was faulty (it wasnt).Inside the
box, the antenna sockets (RP-SMC ?) are connected to pigtails with the
miniature lucent style connector used on laptop cards - such as the orinoco.

Yup, most 802.11 stuff is like that. And they are most likely RP-TNC rather
than RP-SMC (RP-SMA)
