Just purchased one of these and it turns out that the software that resides
in the flash is corrupted.

Does anyone know where I can get the flash program and the .ROM file to
reflash the software?

There is nothing on 2wire.com site.

Cheers

The message that I am getting is :

The installed version of Intelligent Gateway 1800 software is no longer
functioning properly. This can result from a failed software upgrade or
other memory corruption. Please contact technical support for assistance

The message your getting is from the homeportal monitor which
lies(alot) it was probably blocked by a firewall and does not see the
homeportal

the only time you need to flash the firmware is if the lights on the
front are as below

Power = RED
Broadband = Red
LAN = Green

if these conditions dont apply its not a firmware issue its probably a
3rd party conflict Call 2wire tech support or the person who sold you
the home portal they will be able to help you fix it
