I have a Dell E1705 with a Intel Wireless card on board. Is there any
difference in using the Windows XP wireless manager as opposed to the Intel
wireless manager? I am connecting to my Dlink 524 Wireless G.

Hi
It is a personal Call, try them both, but you use load on at the time.
This page would help with switching On/Off WZC,
http://www.ezlan.net/wzc.html
Personally I prefer WZC.

Yes, the Intel PROset software offers many features that WZC does not have.
On the other hand, some people find the WZC GUI easier to use.

Note that you won't *have* to tamper with WZC at all for using PROset;
it is aware of WZC, and you can switch any time from PROset to WZC and back.

Regards,
