Hi,

What is the difference between:
Intel(R) PRO/1000 CT Network Connection
and:
Intel(R) PRO/1000 MT Network Connection ??
(Notice the first one has "CT", the second one has "MT" in the name)

I have both outlets on the serverboard. I am trying to figure out which one
I should use to connect to the Internet for IIS, and which one to connect
between servers locally for LAN.

Thank you in advance for your help.

Vanessa

MT is designed for servre systems, CT is designed for workstations:

Furhtermore (as written on the web page):

"This product (CT) is only available as a built-in network connection.
For service, support and drivers, please contact the computer vendor."

I'd use the CT on the network with least network traffic.
