I'm unable to reinstall and uninstall the software for Intel Proset
adapters.The problem occurred on a primergy rx 200 server. The person
in-charge said that it happened when he tried to update the network drivers.
After the updates,windows server 2003 is unable to load nor uninstall the
drivers and software for the Intel adapters. Its says error code 10 and 31 on
the device manager. I have tried the proper installation and uninstallation
procedures, checked and installed bios updates but unfortunately the problem
still exists. I was hoping that reinstallation of OS should not be neccesary
as the problem only lies on driver problems...Any Ideas would greatly be
appreciated..
