Anyone using the 5Ghz Intel 5000 802.11a equipment ?

I`ve had a PCI card for my main computer & CardBus card for my laptop for a
while now - just purchased (and waiting for) the Intel Access Point (which I
believe is quite noisy).

I`m based in the UK & purchased most of the gear before Intel stopped making
it (dumped it ?). I purchased it mainly for the speed & brand quality.

Anyone using the equipment successfully and what do you think of it ? I was
originally going to use it for peer to peer (main to laptop), now I fancy a
fast home wireless network with 2-3 of our computers linked.
