installing wireless usb adapter

I have been trying to install an SMC wireless USB adapter
on Windows 98. The adapter is a version 3 and the
manufacturer is tellig me that I need to update bios on my
system because their are compatibility issues. Does anyone
know how I can get the updated files to flash the BIOS.

You'd need to check with your computer or motherboard manufacturer.
