Installing

I have a trial of Windows 2003 .net Server Installed.
It is Enterprise Edition, however I want to install a full version of
Standard Edition - can this be done without formatting?

Normally you just pop the full version into the cdrom drive and when install
screen starts up select "upgrade" install. However I do not believe you can
do that if the full version is a downgrade from the evaluation version. You
certainly could try BUT only after making a full backup of the current
install preferably by a Ghost type image. If it does work, you will need to
reinstall all critical updates. --- Steve
