A question which is more appropriate for the
microsoft.public.windowsxp.general newsgroup, Mark. This newsgroup supports
Microsoft's Broadband Networking hardware and software only. You can share
a CD-ROM drive on another computer, copy the entire setup files to the
specific computer, and then install from the hard drive on the system
without connection to the LAN. I'm sure you'll get a better answer in the
newsgroup supporting the operating system, but installations are tricky, and
you don't have LAN capabilities installed on the "new" system until after
the operating system is active.
