Installing linux in IBM 5100 Netfinity server

Hello folks...
I need to install Redhat linux 8 in IBM Netfinity 5100. In taht server
alraedy Windows 2000 is installed. Now I have to install the linux in
the same server. My bootable linux CD is not at all working in that
server

These are the configurations in existing Server.

1. Windows 2000 is installed and Harware Raid is configured using IBM
ServeRAID Program.
It has Raid controller and SCSI Controller..

Now I could not format it.
If possible I have to install linux with RAID or without RAID.

These are my requirements...

I have to completely remove the windows and i have to install linux
with Hardware RAID.

Try booting your Linux with the kernel options
ide=nodma

The NetFinity systems I've dealt with have a non-standard DMA
controller that linux doesn't recognize. Telling Linux to boot with
nodma permits the kernel to access the device by bypassing the flaky
dma support.
