I downloaded an update to my MN-100 firmware and
software. It stopped in the middle of the update saying
that the installer was interrupted and I needed to start
it again. I'd already turned off norton security and I
do not have XP's firewall running. I was able to run the
update on my wife's computer.
I uninstalled the broadband network utility and tried to
reinstall it from the CD and now I get it when I run the
setup from the CD. I've made sure no part of the utility
is running in the background, deleted the folder in
program files and the temp folder created when I tried to
install the update.
Any other suggestions would be appreciated.
Thank you,
Joel
