Installed server 2003 now XP stations have slowed down

Recently installed Server 2003 and AD, then moved files
from NT 4.0 servers to 2003. Have 2000 and 98 stations
that are fine, but XP stations are slower in browsing and
file open/save. Do not have patch ms013 installed. Anyh
ideas?

A new group policy setting for Windows Server 2003 Domain Controllers is to
"Digitally encrypt or sign secure channel data (always)" It can be found in
Default Domain Controllers Policy -> Computer Config. -> Windows Settings ->
Security Settings -> Local Policies -> Security Options. If you set both
the Domain member and Microsoft network client policies to Disabled, save
the Group Policy then run gpupdate on the fileserver you should notice a big
difference in opening and saving files from XP.
