I would ask a product replacement.
Otherwise, go to microsoft.com and look for an upgrade
for the MN500 or MN700. The upgrade installs the software
(and upgrades the unit firmware).
Otherwise, use IE and go to
http://192.168.2.1 and setup
manually. You don't really need the software for the
setup, although you may want to upgrade the firmware. The
password is admin
