How to install Belkin USB 10/100 Ethernet Adapter

Where do I get the library files requested by Belkin to
install the ethernet adapter when you don't have the
Windows 98 2nd Edition CD-ROM?

Check your hard drive for several dozen files whose names end with the
letters CAB and a file named SETUP.EXE in the same folder - if these files
are found, they are your Windows Setup files and you can tell the driver
installer to look there for the components it needs.
