Information required for registering a hook with http server available in VxWorks6.2

I am trying to register a handler(hook) in the embedded http server
available in VxWorks 6.2.

I have configured the HTTP server and now I need to configure/register
a handler in this HTTP server so that it should be capable of
processing request/reply with HTTP server and our application.
It would be great, if someone can help on this problem
