Info on Locked account

I have windows Server 2003 SP running IIS. There is one local account that
is used by internal employees and outside vendors for FTP. Occasionally
someone locks the account, but I am not sure who. When I check the security
events, it does not show me which station (ip address, name) that locked the
account. Is there a way to have that information displayed in the event?

Thanks
