Unfortunately, this excellent resource on building your
own high-gain antenna reflector for cheap is currently down,
but it is still available in the Internet Archive:

I don't know -- I just know it's been down for quite some time, longer
than a typical temporary outage.

I've sent email to the domain owner asking for permission to copy the
material to the Wireless Wiki <http://wireless.wikia.com/>.
