I am setting up a small network with one win 2003 server connected to the
internet over a cable connection. I have two NICs in the server and I am
trying to set Active directory and create users for the network PCs. I setup
one NIC to the router obtaining IP dynamically and oe to a Hub for the
network with static IP. I setup Active directory to create users, but when I
try to log on from the users to the server or to the intenet I get an error
telling me that the DNS is not available or can't be resolved.

I am new to networking and I doon't know what is going on or how to set up
this connection, If anyone could give me a light on the subject I would
appreciate it

since you have a domain controller, you should install an internal DNS.

Where are the clients getting their network config? Manual or from DHCP?

The clients need to use the local DNS server to get the SRV records for
AD. So set them to use your local DNS (probably your server). Set this DNS
server to forward to a public DNS (such as your ISP) so that it can resolve
public URLs as well as looking after lookups for AD.
