How to import users from Win2000 to Win2003?

Hello,

I have exported all users from Windows 2000 server. Now I want to
import these users to Windows 2003 server. But I cannot find any
function built in Windows 2003 to import these users (Nice job MS!).

How to import these users into Windows 2003?

Any help is greatly appreciated,

Exactly how did you "export" the users to begin with? Are they "stand
alone" or member servers,...or are they DCs.
