I have been asked to research how to implement a primary and a secondary
dhcp server, and the same for dns servers. Any information I can get on step
by step implementation would be appreciated.

Post one message to multiple groups,...do not post identical separate
messages to multiple groups. I already answered this in the other group. It
is almost always the same people answering the questions in all the related
groups anyway so there is no point in it, so just post one message in the
one most relevant group and wait.
