I'm looking for some quick opinions on your favorite enterprise monitoring tool

Gurus,

What's your favorite enterprise monitoring tool or utility (such as NetIQ,
HP OpenView, Microsoft Operations Manager, What's Up Gold) and why (ease of
use, ease of installation, low cost)? If you don't want to go into why just
name the tool. This isn't a very scientific market share analyses but I'm
curious nonetheless.

Consider the many Open Source Enterprise Monitoring tools as well.
I'm biased, but one of the best is GroundWork Open Source: it
