IIS Localstart Page on Server 2003

Can anyone tell me if there is a default Localstart.asp page on Server 2003
when you install IIS?

If so, does it look like the one you get on XP Pro - ie Your web service is
now running - welcome to IIS etc.

Can anyone point me at a picture of what it normally looks like?
