Scan your system for unwanted guests - parasites, adware, spyware. Get a
copy of AdAware from
http://www.lavasoftusa.com/, install it, update it, run
it. If it finds unwanted guests clean them off, restart the system, scan
again. Repeat as necessary until the system is clean.
