IE not connecting to the internet, all of a sudden

For some reason after connecting for about 1 month ( I
have some reason to believe its that 30 day activatgion
thing) I cannot connect to the internet from my 2003
server...All else is well, networking, connecting to it
from workstations, I can ping the router, etc...this is
why I do not think it is the 30 day activation thing...why
all of a sudden would I lose the connection to the
internet...all other systems connect fine...no settings
have been changed with the enhanced securirt in IE...the
defaults are still there....pleas help...cannot do any
updates...thanks

Can you ping your external DNS server?
Can you ping www.yahoo.com

Did you activate? It's unclear from your post.

Yes I did activate & yes I can ping the DNS & beleive it
or not I came in this morning & everything is working
now....stranger very strange....
