ICSMGR Errors

I get repeated spontaneous error messages as follows:
ICSMGR caused an invalid page fault in
module CSLSP.DLL at 016f:1000783f.

They occur several times a day and effectively disable my
network connection. They do not lock the computer up, but
the only way to reaccess the internet is to reboot.
