By default, ICS uses the 192.168.0.x IP address range. If the
wireless router also uses that range, change the router to a different
range (e.g. 192.168.1.x) so that it doesn't conflict with ICS.
Enable ICS on the cpu that has the wired and wireless connections, and
tell it to share the wireless connection. Configure the laptop as an
ICS client. Details here:
