ics

I have been using ICS on to 98se pc on a wearles net. for
a long time with on proplem at all. I just got DSL and am
tring to set it up with a 2nd nec card and i got the dsl
to work and the network works ok, but ics will not work I
can not get on the internet from the 2nd PC. tred
unistalling and reinstalling ics and still nothing can
someone help?
