I disabled the firewall in windows, and have no other
firewalls installed. I reset the base station and it
still will not allow the base to be programed. Any
ideas??

Go into your browser and the default 192.168.2.1 (unless you changed it)
using the default "admin" without the quotes password. The front end
software isn't necessary. If you post again, please indicate which base
station you're using and on what operating system.
