ICS - Mixed XP Home & 98SE

I set up Internet Connection Sharing on workgroup with 2
XPHome and 2 98SE PCs - 56k dialup connection to
Internet. When opening IE from XP PC (not the gateway) I
get icon in taskbar (next to clock) showing dialup
connection (2 monitors). When done, I right-click on this
icon and disconnect. How do I get 98 to display the
dialup icon in taskbar? Also on XP PC I can use the icon
in "Network Connections" (e.g. <ISP> on <Computername of
gateway> ) to dialup first to ISP and then I open Outlook
Express. How can I do the same on 98 PCs??
